Which zinc alloy material is better for zinc alloy die castings
1. The use of zinc alloy die-casting parts is very important, and the requirements for the performance of the demand are met:
(1) Mechanical properties mainly depend on tensile strength, hardness and elongation. Tensile strength is the maximum resistance when the data is broken; elongation is a measure of brittleness and plasticity of the data; hardness is the resistance of the surface of the material to plastic deformation caused by hard object intrusion or friction.
(2) Status under work: temperature, humidity, medium touched by the workpiece, and air tightness requirements.

3. Good economy:
Good economy: the cost of the original materials and the requirements for production equipment, as well as the cost of production. The composition of the zinc alloy is controlled, and the effect of the metal elements in the zinc alloy is different. Among the zinc alloy components, the more effective alloying elements of the zinc alloy die-casting parts, the better.
